-Cocina mi vida is a daily menu restaurant based in Nosara, Costa Rica managed by Adriana F., founder and chef. This modern, minimalist and user-friendly mobile application was created to share all her star recipes Adriana has created and served at –Cocina mi vida.

The primary objective was to create an intuitive user-friendly application that simplifies the process of accessing recipes or making reservations with just a few clicks. I made a deliberate choice to employ a classic black and white color scheme, driven by the desire to emphasize the stunning and vibrant photographs while maintaining a clean and elegant design. This was a ‘form follows function’ kind of situation.

With the absence of distracting colors, users can focus their attention solely on the content and functionalities of the app. This intentional design approach allows for effortless navigation and seamless interaction, enabling users to quickly access the desired recipes or make reservations without any unnecessary distractions.
